WEDNESDAY'S PIE
Chef Frank Bonanno of Osteria Marco is opening up a second establishment on the Square called Wednesday’s Pie. The pie shop will feature a pie counter and a rail with bar stools, and is scheduled to open in November. More>>>
CONSTRUCTION STARTS ON NEW WALKWAY
Construction started this month on Larimer Square's newest addition - The Walkway. Located on the north side of Larimer between Cry Baby Ranch and Al’s Barber Shop, the underground Walkway connects the Larimer Square Parking Garage to the Square. Sisto's Salon and Larimer Square Dry Cleaners will remain open during construction, scheduled to be complete in November.

THE HEAT IS ON
It's going to be hot, Hot, HOT on Larimer Square on Friday, Sept. 10 during the lunch hour. Hundreds of Denver firefighters representing dozens of local and national firehouses will square off on the Square with their best red and green chili. With bowls of chili being just a few bucks each and all proceeds going to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association, you have no better choices and no better place to be for lunch . More>>>

Gusterman Silversmiths continues to add its artistic touch to the Telluride Film Festival, Sept. 3-6. Now in its 37th year, the Telluride Film Festival gives away silver medallions to honor actors and directors. Gusterman Silversmiths has been handcrafting this pure silver medallions since 1974 with Gloria Swanson was a festival honoree.
